During your visit to our homepage it is very important to us to protect your personal information when collecting, processing, and using it. Your information is protected according to legal provisions. Below you will find information about the data which is recorded during your visit to our homepage and how this information is used:

1. Collecting and Processing Data

The details shared by your internet provided are collected by our own provider (i.e. the data centre in which the website is hosted): incl. the name of the website, date/time of visit, amount of data transferred, the IP address assigned to you, the HTTP-status code, information about the browser type and your operating system, as well as part of the so-called “referrer” (the source page which referred you to the current website or file). An analysis is carried out when the web-host automatically initiates it and this is only done in order to gather statistics, whereby users remain anonymous. Moreover, the collection of this data is required in order to investigate (potential) misuse and for legal assurance.

Google Analytics

Google Custom Search
This website uses the central search service “Google Custom Search” (“Google user-defined search”), by Google Inc. (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. The integrated search service enables a full-text search of all content on our website. Access to this search function is possible via the search box in the header on each webpage. By entering the search term into the search box and pressing enter or the search icon (magnifying glass symbol), this will activate the search function and display the relevant results, which are provided using a Google plugin. Use of the search function provided by Google involves a dynamic transfer of data to the search result page by Google. Normally, no data is transferred to Google when our webpages, which contain the integrated Google Custom Search, are accessed. Data is only transferred to Google if you activate the search box, conduct a full-text search and once the search results are displayed. By using the search function on the search results page, data about the relevant user is also transferred to Google. By conducting a full-text search and accessing a page through the search results, you consent to the use of the Google search service and thereby also to the transfer of data to the Google service. Your IP address is always required in order to display content, as without your IP address, Google would not be able to send the content to your browser. If you are simultaneously logged in to Google, Google is immediately able to assign the information to your user profile. You should log out in order to prevent your profile information from being collected. For more data protection information from Google, please visit https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de
