Wellion is also there for me after the pump has been prescribed.
Thanks to the many years of experience with insulin pumps of our MED TRUST employees, you will receive competent care and support. The field staff and customer service are always available to help you with technical questions, orders or concerns.
If you have any questions regarding the use of the pump, the PDA or accessories, the Wellion field service is of course still at your disposal. Your regional contact person will always try to find quick and individual solutions to your questions. Friendly and competent service helps to make your everyday life comfortable.
Our customer service is responsible for your smooth supply of accessories and is happy to support you with advice on all questions regarding prescriptions, orders and deliveries (under 02626 / 64 190 or firstname.lastname@example.org). You will receive your 3- or 6-month packs on time and conveniently sent to your home by post and MED TRUST/Wellion will take care of all formalities with the health insurance companies.
If you want to be on the safe side during your holiday, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement pump for this time as well. Request the replacement pump from MED TRUST Customer Service or your personal advisor.
24 - hour hotline
If you have any problems with your pump, you can reach the Wellion pump hotline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The qualified MED TRUST staff will help you immediately.
A personal advisor will come to you within 24 hours if a problem with the pump cannot be solved by telephone.
Insulin pumps must be prescribed by your doctor. We will advise you on the reimbursement of costs from your health insurance.
